Class Schedule
We currently offer two types of classes!
Bootcamps are Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00AM.
Yoga Mobility Flow is Wednesday mornings at 9:00AM OR 10:00AM.
These classes are designed to work together and provide a well-rounded fitness program.
Be sure to book online through Vagaro or text Savannah at 251-716-1767 to secure your spot in class.
Must book class in advance of attendance!
